Description
The Portland, Maine office of our national labor & employment law boutique client is looking for a 5th year associate who can run a case from start to finish. This associate, who be the only one in this office, should have experience with all types of management-side employment litigation, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and Wage/Hour class actions, and have state and federal court experience. Although the ideal candidate will be admitted to the Maine bar, candidates who are admitted in NY, CT, MA, VT, or NH and willing to take the Maine bar in February 2010, will be considered. The base salary will be approximately $100k and you will be eligible for a bonus at 1850 billables. The partnership track is 7 years to non-equity and 10 years to equity.
