Why can’t I save a search?

You need to enable your computer to accept pop-ups from our site. When you request a search to be sa= ved, a pop-up window appears and asked you to name your search. If you use Internet Explorer, simp= ly go to Tools and Pop-Up Blocker. = Select the option that will enable pop-ups from our site.

= Can I search with multiple criteria? Multiple specialties?

You may multiple select from any column simply by holding down the control key.

I try to download a search and receive a notice that no records are selected.=

You must se= lect the records you wish to download by clicking in the boxes on the far left of your screen. Select individual records and ask it download ‘Selected Items’ or select ‘A= ll Search Results’. Clicki= ng on the top box will select all records that you have displayed on your screen.=

= Why is only ‘part’ of my search downloading?

Look at your records per page – if the number of records exceeds the number of vie= wed results, you must select: All Search Results. Then the entire search will downlo= ad – not just the records displayed.

Can I import your database into my recruiting software?

In almost a= ll cases, the answer is yes! Enc= ore, Act, PC Recruiter are just a few of the programs= that easily imports from an Excel file. Check with your software manufacturer to see if your system can do t= he same. You can download our en= tire database or just what you need to maintain your own data.

= Are email addresses available?

Yes! They are now linked to each associ= ates and partner’s name. The addresses will also download into Excel for you.

What cities are available in The Leopard List?

Currently, = New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C., = Chicago, Northern California, and Southern California are on line. More cities will follow!

= What are the Corporation listings?

These are companies that they have represented in their law firm. These are not companies where they= once worked; they represent their clients they have represented.

= Can I re-arrange columns on the search grid?

Yes! You may arrange the columns on the results grid any way you’d like.&nbs= p; Simply select ‘Customize Results Display’ and use the ar= rows to move items in the order you’d like them. You may even ‘hide’ co= lumns from view and set your number of records per page here.

Do you list only associates?=

No! We have databases for Washington D= .C. Partners, Chicago Partners and New York Partners coming soon. As we grow, Partner products will = be available in all of our markets.

What is your criter= ia for a firm to be listed in The Leopard List?

We select f= irms based on the caliber of attorney’s working there. We don’t want to clutter our product with firms that recruiters would not recruit from! Good schools, honors and the desirability of the firm in which they are currently employed also factors in. We are always interested = in knowing what firms interest our clients.&n= bsp; If you would like us to explore a firm, we will be happy to do so!

I have more than one recruiter in my office, can t= hey use The Leopard List at the same time?

Absolutely. Your user name and passw= ord (or your license) is good for your entire office. Each license is awarded five saved searches for your convenience. If you have offices in other areas, an add= itional license can be purchased for $100, affording that office five saved searches and our email alerts and updates.

= Are my notes shared outside my company?

No! All notes are private to your comp= any and log in.

= Can I download my notes?

Absolutely. Anytime you download into Excel, your notes will download as well.

= Can I hide notes?

Absolutely. If you do not wish to us= e this feature, simply turn off the note component. Go to ‘Customize Results Display’ and simply uncheck the note box.
