We compile accurate, essential attorney information, update it continuously, and deliver it online to legal recruiting professionals, law firms, and law schools. How we deliver this information and how you use it is as important as the information itself.
Leopard Solutions’ flagship product, The Leopard List, was founded in 2002 on the philosophy that delivering current, high–quality and cost–effective candidate research solutions was a must in today’s fast-paced world. The Leopard List continues to grow geographically as well as technically to best serve the needs of our clients.
Leopard Solutions has evolved into a valuable resource for attorneys, law students and law firms as well as for our original legal recruiter audience. Our Law School Project is currently serving many top ten law schools across the country. Attorneys now have their own Leopard Solutions website where we offer free tools and services targeted to their needs. Law firms access us for their own research needs. We have grown to encompass every section of the legal community and our services have increased dramatically since our inception.
The Leopard List, Leopard Job Search and Leopard Reporting, our three professional products have now been joined by our Leopard Job Board, the Leopard Law Blog, the Hot Spot (our legal news aggregator), our Legal Recruiter Directory and Law Firm Profiles. These programs have added a great deal of important content as well as impressive tools to our system. These items are free to use by the general public and our clients enjoy free upgrades to most of those services.
Once a client joins our service, they have a dedicated team behind them. Customer Service has always been a major part of our success and we do everything possible to make sure that our members get the most from their subscriptions. This includes free training and excellent Customer Service and Technical Support team.

Laura Leopard, Principal
Laura Leopard has been involved in the legal industry for several years. The idea for The Leopard List was born out of frustration due to the lack of available data on legal candidates. The idea was a simple one, and has blossomed into the Leopard Solutions system available today. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Laura moved to New York to expand her acting opportunities. Working mainly on the stage, she supplemented her income by cold calling for legal recruiters in New York. Leopard Solutions has grown in many different areas since it’s inception and while it consumes the majority of her time, she still ‘keeps her hand in’ the acting game. Laura lives in New York City with her husband Mark Dignam.

MaryEllen Cozza, Principal
MaryEllen Cozza joined Leopard Solutions in 2005 as a Partner and has lead in the development of their online product offerings . MaryEllen brings with her 15 years of experience in software product development. A graduate of SUNY Stony Brook, MaryEllen has worked for major software developers including SBS International - A Boeing Company and Descartes Systems Group as an Implementation Consultant and Product Manager, where she has gained valuable experience implementing and managing developing software products. Prior to her career in software, MaryEllen worked for Continental Airlines and Pan American Airways as a Crew Tracking Analyst. A native of Long Island, she currently resides there with her husband Frank and their daughter Francesca.
